Welcome to MAX10

Discover the North Seattle fitness boot camp program that helps you get in your best shape while having more fun than you thought possible. 
 
Cross training is the key to alleviating boredom and getting the best results.  Based around kickboxing and creative sports conditioning workouts there is nothing else like MAX10 in Seattle.  You'll shred calories using real kickboxing, boxing and mma techniques borrowed from Muay Thai, Savate, BJJ, western boxing and more.  It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same fitness routine. It’s beneficial for maintaining a high level of overall fitness and may complement other types of fitness you’re already into (running, CrossFit, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc).
 
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never taken a martial arts class, this is for you. Don’t want to hit another person? This is for you (we use heavy bags)! Just bored of your treadmill and not seeing your pants button get any easier to do up? This is for you. MAX10 is FUN, our coaches are incredibly supportive and will help you reach your fitness goals.

"How can I thank MKG enough?!!?
This program is indeed a challenge! Five days a week.. sweating and thinking, 'there's no way I can do this...'
And then, you do it.
It's a stellar workout, never boring, plenty of one on one instruction and encouragement. There's nutrition counseling, modifications for different ablilities, no one is so serious that it isn't fun.
This is a way to get a serious workout while you feel like you're just playing!
I've done this challenge a couple of times now.. there's plenty of room to keep growing within it, and every day, I realize I can do more than I ever thought.

"I am currently enrolled in the 10 week body sculpt challenge, and I love it. I absolutely SUCK at all things gym related. Even as far back as high school, I did better in group classes then on my own as an individual. Maybe its a mob mentality, I dunno. ...
