If you’re an experienced practitioner this will be a great opportunity to help some newcomers and brush up on your own fundamentals and pad holding.
Proper fundamentals are the secret to training safely, intensely, effectively and stay injury free.
On Saturday January 12th, 2019. MKG Seattle Instructors are conducting a class just for you! They will help you refine your technique, show you how to hold pads properly and ensure you leave with a great workout. No experience required, this event is open to the public and current members. MARTIAL ARTS & SELF DEFENSE ESSENTIALS
Everybody knows they should have at least SOME self defense training and knowledge. Nearly everybody we’ve talked to at least likes the idea of participating in martial arts or kickboxing though they may not have tried it.
We sometimes describe martial arts training as ‘a workout with a purpose’. A high level of physical fitness is a byproduct of the training and not the main goal! This means you’ll never have to ‘exercise’ another day in your life!
