Here are some things you might learn at the workshop:
- Basic kettlebell movements: Swings, cleans, snatches, squats, presses, and get-ups are all fundamental kettlebell exercises that can be adapted for BJJ.
- Kettlebell complex training: Combining multiple kettlebell exercises into a complex can be a great way to get a full-body workout and improve your conditioning.
- BJJ-specific applications: Coach Steve will show you how to use kettlebell exercises to improve your guard retention, takedowns, submissions, and overall grappling technique.
