MKG Students: Due to the awesome seminar with John Will this Monday, July 15th we will be operating on a reduced evening schedule. 6:00 JKD, 7:00 Phase 1/2/3 and 8:00 CSW/MMA classes will be cancelled for one night only. You are welcome t…o attend the 6:00 Muay Thai and 7:00 Foundations class which will be held in back or attend any class on Tuesday or Saturday to make up for lost time.
